Fairs & Seniors -- two of my favorite things :)

Last year a young lady asked me about taking her Senior pictures at the Johnson County Fair.  After I had my panic moment of "how in the world am I going to pull a Senior session off with ALL those people around in the heat", I said, "SURE!".......Turned out to be some of my favorite photos I've ever taken!  It's almost fair time, so if you are a Senior (or know one), give me a shout & let's set up a date to take some pics!  I promise we'll have a good time (here's proof)........

Busy and Blessed!

I haven't posted on this blog for almost a year!  With Facebook, who needs a blog?!?!  I need to do a better job keeping this updated, too -- I know some people don't "do" FB.  My little hobby has really begun to take off.....I am so, so blessed!  I was fortunate enough to connect with a gorgeous family from Brazil, IN a couple of weeks ago, and that has led to more interest in that area of the state.  In a few weeks I'll be going back there and hopefully getting in several shoots!  I am also booking for shoots in the metro area, so if you are interested, give me a shout -- I love taking photos & I love meeting & talking with new and old friends.  I'm always looking for new, fun places to take photos, so if you have any cool places that you'd like to tell me about, please do!  As always, you can find me on Facebook -- just search mdw.photography and you'll find me!  I hope your summer has started off fabulously and continues to be wonderful!  Hugs to you all!
